Abu Dhabi Investments begins work on a 5-star hotel with investments of $80 million.

Yahya Qutb, CEO of Abu Dhabi Tourism Investments Company, assured that the company has about 2.6 billion pounds, or about 80 million dollars, to establish a new hotel in Egypt directly overlooking the pyramids area and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The hotel is being designed by an English company ,It is a five-star hotel, and its licenses are currently being obtained, and construction operations will begin during next April 2024.

 

He explained that the hotel is expected to be managed by the international company Accor and will be under the Sofitel Legend brand with the same brand as the historic Old Cataract Aswan Hotel.

He pointed out that the number of hotel rooms is scheduled to reach about 302 rooms, all of which directly overlook the pyramids area and the Grand Egyptian Museum.

The CEO of Abu Dhabi Tourism Investments Company confirmed that the hotel is planned to open in August 2026
